How to change or reset your Joy password.
How you set a new password depends on whether you remember your current one:
Changing your password
It's a good idea to change your password when you've been given a temporary one, or when you think someone else might know yours.
To change your password, follow these steps.
At the bottom of the main menu, click your name.
The User menu opens. If the main menu is collapsed, click your profile picture instead.
Click Change password.
The Change password window opens.
In the Current password field, enter the password you use now.
In the New password field, enter your new password.
It must be at least 8 characters long and different from your current password.
In the Confirm new password field, enter your new password again.
Click Change password.
Your new password is saved.
Resetting your password
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
To reset your password, follow these steps.
Go to the sign-in page and click Reset password.
In the Username field, enter your username.
Click Send reset link.
Joy emails you a link to reset your password.
Open the email and click the reset link.
The Set new password page opens.
A reset link works for 1 hour. If yours has expired, click Request a new reset link on the page that opens, and start again.
In the New password field, enter your new password.
It must be at least 12 characters long.
In the Confirm password field, enter your new password again.
Click Reset password.
Your new password is saved. Click Back to sign in and use your new password.
