Use the Knowledge Assistant to create documents, images, audio, video, and more.

Beyond answering questions, the Knowledge Assistant can also create finished content for you. Ask for a document, an image, audio, or video, and it returns a result you can refine and share. You describe what you want in plain language and the Assistant handles the rest.

What you can generate

Here are the types of content the Knowledge Assistant can create for you.

  • Documents: Generate drafts, summaries, reports, and presentations in formats like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF.
  • Images: Generate a picture that matches your description, without needing a separate design tool.
  • Audio (coming soon): Create voiceovers and other spoken audio from a script.
  • Video (coming soon): Create video from a description or script.

If you want to include specific formatting in your content, like tables, charts, or dashboards, just ask the Assistant to add them.

Once your content is ready, you can download it directly from the chat to save or share.

Generated content is a starting point, not a final deliverable. Review and refine what the Assistant produces before you send or publish it, especially anything customer-facing or policy-related.
