The questions people ask us first
Do we need services to use JoySuite?
No. JoySuite works fine on its own, and every plan already comes with real support. Services are just there for when you'd rather have help, usually to move quicker or to build something more involved than you want to take on yourselves.
How fast can we get going?
A basic onboarding usually has you up and running within a few days. Bigger jobs like a department-wide rollout or a course built from scratch take longer, and we'll always give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.
What if our need isn't on the list?

Who actually does the work?
The Neovation team does, in house. We're the people behind SmarterU LMS and OttoLearn, and the work is handled by our own staff rather than passed off to a reseller.
