  • Files: Upload a variety of digital content, including documents, spreadsheets, images, and videos, right inside your Knowledge Center.

Joy offers a simplified approach to user access where users can be given one of two roles depending on what they need to see.

In Joy, a task is anything a user needs to complete. Joy creates a task when a user is assigned an asset, such as a FlexDoc. The Tasks page provides a clear overview of all tasks assigned to you, tasks you've assigned to others, and tasks that are shared with you.

Connected sources re-sync automatically, so answers reflect the latest version. Manual uploads are replaced when you upload a new copy.

Yes. Knowledge bases scope what each group can ask about, and source permissions are respected per user.
