How to sign in to your JoySuite account from any major browser.

Ready to start exploring Joy? If you already have a Joy account, you can log in from any major browser on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Go to your account's login page.

Enter your account's URL in any major browser to open the login page.

Enter your username and password.

Type your credentials into the Username and Password fields.

Select the Remember me for 30 days checkbox if you want to stay signed in on this device for 30 days.

You can complete this optional step so you don't have to enter your credentials every time. Leave it unselected on a shared or public computer.

Click Sign in.

You're taken straight into Joy, ready to explore.

If you have forgotten your username or password, click Reset Password.

Now that you're signed in, learn how to navigate Joy.
