Batch actions

Select multiple cards at once and apply a single action to all of them.

Batch actions let you quickly do something to multiple items at once, saving you time and effort. For example, you can select several assets in the Knowledge Center and manage them all in one go.

Performing batch actions

You can perform batch actions in many areas throughout the system.

Selecting multiple cards

On pages featuring cards, such as the Users page or the Knowledge Center, you can select multiple cards at the same time.

Hover over a card and click its checkbox

When you hover over a card, a checkbox appears — click it to select the card. To unselect the card, click the checkbox again.

Repeat to select more cards

Select as many cards as you need using the same checkboxes.

Pick an action from the header

Use the icons in the header to choose the action you want to perform. It applies to all of your selected items.

Selecting everything on a page

If you want to select all of the cards on a page, select one card as described above, then use the Checkbox icon (shown as a minus) to select the rest. To unselect everything, click the checkbox again (now shown as a check) or use the Clear button.
