Batch actions

Select multiple items at once and apply a single action to all of them.

Instead of working through items one by one, you can select several at once and apply a single action to all of them. For example, you can select several assets in the Knowledge Center and move or assign them all in a single step.

Performing batch actions

Select the checkbox on the first item

If you don't see a checkbox, hover over the item or click its More Actions icon and click Select. After you select the first item, checkboxes appear on the other ones and the Actions bar appears.

Use the checkboxes to select any other items you want to include

You can also use the Actions bar to select or unselect them all.

Click the More Actions icon in the Actions bar and pick an action

Choose an action such as Assign or Move. The action applies to everything you selected.

The actions available depend on where you are in Joy and what you've selected.
