Does JoySuite store my Webex data?

No. JoySuite connects to Webex via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your meeting data stays in Webex. JoySuite reads it from Webex when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Webex permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access for searching meetings, recordings, and transcripts. You control which data is accessible during setup.

Can I search meeting transcripts?

Yes. JoySuite can search across all meeting transcripts where transcription is enabled.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Click connect, authorize via OAuth, configure settings, and start querying your meetings.

Does this work with Webex Meetings and Teams?

Yes. JoySuite integrates with both Webex Meetings and Webex Teams through the API.
