Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my Teams messages?

No. JoySuite connects to Teams via Microsoft Graph API and queries messages in real-time. Your conversations stay in Teams. JoySuite reads them from Microsoft Teams when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which channels can JoySuite access?

JoySuite can access teams and channels based on your Microsoft 365 permissions. It respects your organization's access controls.

Can I limit which teams JoySuite can access?

Yes. During setup, you choose which teams and channels to include. Access follows your Microsoft 365 permissions.

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes. Connect via Microsoft Graph API, authorize access, and select which teams to include.

Does this work with meeting recordings?

Yes. JoySuite can access meeting recordings and transcripts if they're available in your Teams environment.
