Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my SharePoint files?

No. JoySuite connects via Microsoft Graph API and queries content in real-time. Your documents stay in SharePoint. JoySuite reads them from SharePoint when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which sites can JoySuite access?

JoySuite respects SharePoint permissions. It can only access sites and files the connected user has permission to view.

Does this work with SharePoint Online and on-premises?

JoySuite supports SharePoint Online. On-premises support requires additional configuration.

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes. Connect via Microsoft Graph, configure permissions, and start searching.

Can I search inside documents?

Yes. JoySuite can search content within Office documents, PDFs, and other supported file types.
