Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my emails?

No. JoySuite connects to Outlook via Microsoft Graph API and queries emails in real-time. Your emails stay in Outlook. JoySuite reads them from Microsoft Outlook when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which emails can JoySuite access?

JoySuite accesses emails in your mailbox based on your Microsoft 365 permissions. It can't access other users' mailboxes unless explicitly shared.

Can I limit which folders JoySuite can access?

Yes. During setup, you can configure which folders to include or exclude from AI access.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Connect via Microsoft Graph API, authorize access, and start asking questions.

Does this work with shared mailboxes?

Yes. JoySuite can access shared mailboxes if you have appropriate permissions in Microsoft 365.
