No. JoySuite connects to Outlook via Microsoft Graph API and queries emails in real-time. Your emails stay in Outlook. JoySuite just makes them searchable through AI.

Which emails can JoySuite access?

JoySuite accesses emails in your mailbox based on your Microsoft 365 permissions. It can't access other users' mailboxes unless explicitly shared.

Can I limit which folders JoySuite can access?

Yes. During setup, you can configure which folders to include or exclude from AI access.

How long does setup take?

Does this work with shared mailboxes?
