Does JoySuite store my Zoom data?

No. JoySuite connects to Zoom via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your meeting data stays in Zoom. JoySuite reads it from Zoom when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Zoom permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access for searching meetings, recordings, and transcripts. You control which data is accessible during setup.

Can I search meeting transcripts?

Yes. JoySuite can search across all meeting transcripts where cloud recording and transcription are enabled.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Click connect, authorize via OAuth, configure settings, and start querying your meetings.

Does this work with Zoom Webinars?

Yes. JoySuite can access both Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars data through the API.
