No. JoySuite connects to Dropbox Sign via OAuth and queries requests in real-time. Your documents stay in Dropbox Sign. JoySuite reads them from Dropbox Sign when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which signature requests can JoySuite access?

JoySuite can access requests based on your Dropbox Sign account permissions. You control which data to include during setup.

Can JoySuite send documents for signature?

Yes. With write permissions enabled, JoySuite can create and send signature requests from your templates. Write access is off by default, and your IT team decides whether to turn it on.
