No. JoySuite connects to Adobe Sign via OAuth and queries agreements in real-time. Your documents stay in Adobe Sign. JoySuite reads them from Adobe Sign when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which agreements can JoySuite access?

JoySuite can access agreements based on your Adobe Sign account permissions. You control which data to include during setup.

Can JoySuite send documents for signature?

Yes. With write permissions enabled, JoySuite can create and send agreements from your templates. Write access is off by default, and your IT team decides whether to turn it on.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Connect via OAuth, authorize access, and start asking questions about your agreements.
