Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my DocuSign envelopes?

No. JoySuite connects to DocuSign via OAuth and queries envelopes in real-time. Your documents stay in DocuSign. JoySuite reads them from DocuSign when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which envelopes can JoySuite access?

JoySuite can access envelopes based on your DocuSign account permissions. You control which data to include during setup.

Can JoySuite send documents for signature?

Yes. With write permissions enabled, JoySuite can create and send envelopes from your templates. Write access is off by default, and your IT team decides whether to turn it on.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Connect via OAuth, authorize access, and start asking questions about your contracts.

Does this work with DocuSign eSignature and CLM?

Yes. JoySuite supports DocuSign eSignature and can access envelopes across your account.
