Does JoySuite store my HiBob data?

No. JoySuite connects to HiBob via API and queries data in real-time. Your HR data stays in HiBob. JoySuite reads it from HiBob when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What HiBob permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries employee profiles, time off, and org data based on your HiBob field-level permissions.

Can I limit which HiBob fields JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your HiBob field-level permissions. You control which data is available to AI assistants during setup.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Generate an API key in HiBob, enter it in JoySuite, and start asking questions.

Can multiple team members use the HiBob integration?

Yes. The integration is available to all JoySuite users, and each query respects HiBob's access permissions.
