No. JoySuite connects to BambooHR via API and queries data in real-time. Your HR data stays in BambooHR. JoySuite reads it from BambooHR when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What BambooHR permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries employee profiles, time off, and org data based on your BambooHR field-level permissions.

Can I limit which BambooHR fields JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your BambooHR field-level permissions. You control which data is available to AI assistants during setup.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Generate an API key in BambooHR, enter it in JoySuite, and start asking questions.

Can multiple team members use the BambooHR integration?

Yes. The integration is available to all JoySuite users, and each query respects BambooHR's access permissions.
