Does JoySuite store my Workday data?

No. JoySuite connects to Workday via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your HR data stays in Workday. JoySuite reads it from Workday when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Workday permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries worker profiles, organizations, and time data based on your Workday security group permissions.

Can I limit which Workday data JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your Workday security group permissions. Users only see data they're authorized to access in Workday.

How long does setup take?

About 20 minutes. Setup requires configuring an integration system user in Workday, then connecting via OAuth.

Does this work with all Workday modules?

JoySuite currently supports HCM core data including workers, organizations, time tracking, and absences.
