Does JoySuite store my SAP data?

No. JoySuite connects to SAP via API and queries data in real-time. Your ERP data stays in SAP. JoySuite reads it from SAP when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What SAP permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries data based on your SAP authorization profiles and role permissions.

Can I limit which SAP data JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your SAP authorization controls. Users only see data they're authorized to access in SAP.

How long does setup take?

About 30 minutes. Setup requires configuring RFC connections and authorization profiles in SAP.

Which SAP systems are supported?
