Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my ADP data?

No. JoySuite connects to ADP via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your HR and payroll data stays in ADP. JoySuite reads it from ADP when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What ADP permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries worker profiles, time and attendance, and benefits data based on your ADP role permissions.

Can I limit which ADP data JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your ADP role-based permissions. Users only see data they're authorized to access in ADP.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes. Setup requires configuring API access in ADP, then connecting via OAuth in JoySuite.

Which ADP products are supported?

JoySuite supports ADP Workforce Now. Support for additional ADP products varies by API availability.
