Does JoySuite store my Asana data?

No. JoySuite connects to Asana via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your project data stays in Asana. JoySuite reads it from Asana when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Asana permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access by default for searching tasks, projects, and teams. Write access is optional for creating tasks and updates.

Can I limit which workspaces JoySuite can access?

Yes. Configure which workspaces and projects are available to your AI assistants during setup.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Click connect, authorize via OAuth, configure settings, and start querying your project data.

Does this work with Asana portfolios and goals?
