Read Access

Read-only is the default for every connector. Your assistants can search and retrieve data, and they change nothing in Trello unless your IT team turns on write access.

Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my Trello data?

No. JoySuite connects to Trello via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your board data stays in Trello. JoySuite reads it from Trello when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Trello permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access by default for searching cards, boards, and lists. Write access is optional for creating and moving cards.

Can I limit which boards JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects Trello's board permissions, so users only see boards they have access to.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Click connect, authorize via OAuth, configure settings, and start querying your boards.

Does this work with Trello Power-Ups?

JoySuite accesses core Trello data through the API. Some Power-Up specific data may require the Power-Up's own integration.
