Does JoySuite store my QuickBooks data?

No. JoySuite connects to QuickBooks via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your accounting data stays in QuickBooks. JoySuite reads it from QuickBooks when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What QuickBooks permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries invoices, expenses, and reports based on your QuickBooks user permissions.

Can I limit which QuickBooks data JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your QuickBooks user permissions. You control which data is available to AI assistants during setup.
