Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my Confluence content?

No. JoySuite connects to Confluence via API and queries content in real-time. Your documentation stays in Confluence. JoySuite reads it from Confluence when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which spaces can JoySuite access?

JoySuite respects Confluence permissions. It can only access spaces and pages the connected user has permission to view.

Does this work with Confluence Cloud and Data Center?

Yes. JoySuite supports both Confluence Cloud and Data Center deployments.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Connect via OAuth, configure access, and start asking questions.

Can I search attachments?

Yes. JoySuite can search attachment metadata and, for supported file types, content within attachments.
