Frequently asked questions

Does JoySuite store my Notion content?

No. JoySuite connects to Notion via API and queries content in real-time. Your documentation stays in Notion. JoySuite reads it from Notion when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Which pages can JoySuite access?

JoySuite can access pages and databases you explicitly share with the integration. It respects Notion's permission model.

Can I limit which workspaces JoySuite can access?

Yes. During setup, you choose which pages and databases to share. Private content remains private unless shared.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Connect via OAuth, select which pages to share, and start asking questions.

Does this work with Notion databases?

Yes. JoySuite can query databases, filter entries, and access all properties you've defined.
