Does JoySuite store my SmarterU data?

No. JoySuite connects to SmarterU via API and queries data in real-time. Your training data stays in SmarterU. JoySuite reads it from SmarterU when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What SmarterU permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access via API credentials for searching courses, enrollments, and user data. You control permissions during setup.

Can I limit which groups JoySuite can access?

Yes. Configure which organizational groups and data are available to your AI assistants based on your requirements.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Get your API credentials, enter them in JoySuite, configure settings, and start querying your training data.

Does this work with SmarterU subscriptions?
