No. JoySuite connects to Docebo via API and queries data in real-time. Your training data stays in Docebo. JoySuite reads it from Docebo when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

Read access for searching courses, enrollments, users, and analytics. You control which data is accessible during setup.

Can I limit which branches JoySuite can access?

How long does setup take?
