Does JoySuite store my Sage data?

No. JoySuite connects to Sage via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your accounting data stays in Sage. JoySuite reads it from Sage when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Sage permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access only. JoySuite queries invoices, contacts, and reports based on your Sage user permissions.

Can I limit which Sage data JoySuite can access?

Yes. JoySuite respects your Sage user permissions. You control which data is available to AI assistants during setup.

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes. Connect via OAuth, authorize access, and start asking questions about your accounting data.
