Does JoySuite store my Loom data?

No. JoySuite connects to Loom via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your videos stay in Loom. JoySuite reads them from Loom when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Loom permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access for searching videos, transcripts, and analytics. You control which workspaces are accessible during setup.

Can I search video transcripts?

Yes. JoySuite can search across all video transcripts to find specific moments and content.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Click connect, authorize via OAuth, configure settings, and start querying your videos.

Does this work with Loom for Teams?

Yes. JoySuite supports both personal Loom accounts and Loom for Teams workspaces.
