Does JoySuite store my OttoLearn data?

No. JoySuite connects to OttoLearn via API and queries data in real-time. Your learning data stays in OttoLearn. JoySuite reads it from OttoLearn when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What OttoLearn permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access via API key for searching modules, mastery data, and learner analytics. You control permissions during setup.

Can I limit which teams JoySuite can access?

Yes. Configure which teams and data are available to your AI assistants based on your organizational structure.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Generate an API key, paste it into JoySuite, configure settings, and start querying your learning data.

Does this show individual learner mastery?
