What each one is for
Workday bought Sana in November 2025 and relaunched it in March 2026 as Sana from Workday. Sana Enterprise, the tier that answers from company knowledge and runs agents, is sold with Workday Human Capital Management or Workday Financial Management. Sana Learn is still sold on its own.
JoySuite doesn't need an HR or finance platform behind it. It works alongside the LMS you already run, such as SmarterU, or on its own, and its connectors read from the other systems your business uses.
