After the 14-day trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan, your free trial account will be deleted after 30 days.

Joy's pricing is designed to be flexible and scalable. We believe in empowering you to bring Joy to all your employees, volunteers, consultants, or clients without the burden of per-user licenses. Instead, your plan comes with an allotment of usage credits.

Various operations within Joy consume usage credits. With your plan, you receive a generous monthly allotment of these credits, which are pooled and shared across all your users. This means you pay a combined amount based on your expected usage, rather than individual licenses for each person.

You can also choose to increase your monthly credit allotment at any time.

You can estimate your needs by considering that an engaged daily user typically requires about 1 million credits per month.

Yes, you can! You can purchase additional 5 million monthly credit packs for $25 each.

You have the flexibility to manage your credit usage. If you choose to allow 'overages,' any additional usage beyond your included allotment will be billed at 2x the pre-paid cost.

This puts you in control: you get savings on your planned usage while having a safety net that ensures seamless access during peak periods.

You can increase or decrease your monthly usage credit allotment on your plan at any time. If you increase your credits, you'll be charged a prorated fee until your next renewal date.

Any decreases in credits will take effect at your next renewal.

Credits do not roll over.

Yes, absolutely! You can set a maximum overage amount you're comfortable with.

You can choose to be billed monthly or annually. All pricing is listed in USD.

Yes! You can choose to pay monthly or annually. For annual subscriptions, you also have the option to pay via wire or ACH transfer.
