Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside the Microsoft 365 apps your people already use. It needs a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan, and Microsoft prices it at $30 per user per month, paid yearly. Copilot Business, for organizations with up to 300 users, lists at $21 per user per month.
JoySuite answers from the knowledge your organization keeps in its Knowledge Center, and every answer shows where it came from. The same knowledge feeds Course Studio, which turns your documents into training. JoySuite works alongside the LMS you already run, or on its own.
