Does JoySuite store my Mailchimp data?

No. JoySuite connects to Mailchimp via OAuth and queries data in real-time. Your email marketing data stays in Mailchimp. JoySuite reads it from Mailchimp when you ask a question and doesn't keep a copy.

What Mailchimp permissions does JoySuite need?

Read access by default for searching audiences, campaigns, and members. Write access is optional for managing subscribers.

Can I limit which audiences JoySuite can access?

Yes. Configure which audiences and data types are available to your AI assistants during setup.

How long does setup take?
