Our Story

From Learning Systems to JoySuite

For nearly two decades, our team has been dedicated to developing award-winning learning and knowledge systems. Our parent company, Neovation, not only created the full-featured Learning Management System, SmarterU, and the adaptive microlearning platform, OttoLearn, but we also operate one of the largest custom eLearning development shops in North America.

This combined, 360-degree experience—from building technology to creating custom content at scale—gave us a truly unique understanding of what a new type of knowledge and learning management system needed to be. We saw firsthand how the traditional top-down learning model, primarily delivered by conventional LMSs, was struggling to keep up with the rapid speed of business.
